Who is responsible

This policy describes the personal information used by the Eura online store. Eura is a brand of Vyreo Essentials Limited.

Information collected and why

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, used to fulfil the order and communicate about payment, delivery or order enquiries.
• Accounts: an account keeps your order history and saved addresses. Guests can check out without creating an account; order fulfilment still requires contact and delivery information.
• Newsletter: the newsletter list stores your email address only, for sending newsletter communications.
• Contact enquiries: the enquiry form stores your name, email address, phone number, subject and message so Eura can review and respond.

Please don't include payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in contact messages.

Storage, payments and delivery

Eura uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, including information supporting accounts and store services.

Payments are processed by Paystack. Payment card details are never stored on Eura's own servers. Paystack processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Order fulfilment requires relevant delivery details to be provided to the delivery service handling your order.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your information.

Deletion may be subject to lawful record-keeping requirements. Information needed to verify your identity may be requested before a privacy request can be completed.
